Stock Fees and Risks

For trading transactions of domestic stocks (including domestic REITs, domestic ETFs, domestic ETNs, and domestic infrastructure funds), a maximum of 1.43% (1.3% excluding tax) of the contract value (2,860 yen (2,860 yen 2,600 yen (excluded))) will be charged a transaction fee. If you purchase domestic stocks through negotiated transactions (including public offerings, etc.), you will only be required to pay the purchase price. However, a separate fee may be charged based on the agreement with the customer even in bilateral transactions. Domestic stocks may incur losses due to stock price fluctuations.

Domestic REITs may incur losses due to fluctuations in the price of the real estate they manage and their earning power. Domestic ETFs and ETNs may incur losses due to fluctuations in the indices linked to them. Domestic infrastructure funds may incur losses due to fluctuations in the price and profitability of the infrastructure assets they manage.
